Who we are

LiquidoDocs is a service dedicated to technical document management, developed with attention to ethics, sustainability, and simplicity of use. Its goal is to provide practical, transparent, and privacy‑respecting tools.

Data collected

During registration and use of the service, we collect only the data strictly necessary:

First name
Last name
Email
Other data optionally provided by the user (e.g., company name or technical information)

Purposes of processing

Data are used exclusively for:

Secure management of access, accounts, and the features of current and future modules
Support activities, operational communications, and service improvement

Data retention

Data are stored exclusively on servers controlled by LiquidoDocs.

We do not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies.

All assets (fonts, icons, JS/CSS libraries) are served directly by LiquidoDocs servers and are not loaded from external CDNs (Content Delivery Networks).

We do not track users’ IP addresses and we do not collect browsing data for commercial or advertising purposes.

Data are retained as long as the user keeps the account active and are deleted upon request or when the account is closed. You can always request data export or deletion, in compliance with GDPR.

Security

Passwords are stored only in a protected form using robust hashing algorithms. Access is handled via secure, time-limited tokens. Data are not shared with external parties or commercial partners.

At any time you can request:

Correction or deletion
Data portability in a readable format

Third-party services

LiquidoDocs does not use third-party software or services in the website or modules. No tracking code is present (such as Google Analytics or social pixels), and no external captcha systems are used. This choice guarantees full control over data processing.

Cookie policy

The LiquidoDocs website does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies. It works without storing persistent data on the user’s device, therefore no cookie banner is shown.

Security and technical logs (IP and log)

To protect the service from abuse, spam, and unauthorized access attempts, LiquidoDocs records minimal technical data related to sensitive operations such as login, password reset, registration, and OTP verification.

Recorded data: public IP address, date and time, requested endpoint or action, outcome, number of attempts, and browser user-agent (for technical diagnostics only).
Purpose: IT security, abuse prevention, service integrity and continuity.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller in ensuring service security (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
Retention: logs are kept for a limited period, normally not exceeding 90 days.
Sharing: data are not used for profiling or marketing and are not shared with third parties, except in cases of legal obligation or defense in court.
